We had very specific ideas for furniture designs for our spaces and they worked with us to get custom pieces without the normal hassle of custom designs. Custom products are often nerve wracking because you think you know what they will look like but it’s not as easy as picking something from a catalog. We had a hiccup with table bases that were supplied to PD by a subcontractor. The quality was sub-par but after bringing it up to PD, they jumped right on it and found a replacement alternative. They were turned around quickly and PD came out and swapped all of our table bases that didn’t meet our expectations.
