Pepper Construction’s mission is to continuously improve people’s quality of life through the built world. Partnering with Purposeful Design whose mission is to rebuild lives through the gift of work was therefore an easy choice.
Pepper Construction supports the life-rebuilding work of Purposeful Design in three ways:
1. Field trip visits
Pepper Construction provides work sites that Purposeful Design’s school (called Advance!) visits as a field trip.
2. Relational Development
Pepper Construction management team provided food for lunch in which Purposeful Design craftsmen and Pepper employees shared life-stories and relationships were developed.
3. Technical Expertise
Pepper Construction managers tour the Purposeful Design factory, providing insights and asking questions.
Reaching More Men
Pepper’s support of Purposeful Design helps us impact more men. Helping to get more men off the streets and out of the mission.
