Products and Design

We build furniture in our wood and metal shop, specializing in tables, desks, benches, credenzas, bookcases, divider walls, stools, and more. Learn more about our Product Offerings in our Product and Design Overview.

We offer 3 Design Lanes; Catalog, Semi-Custom, and Custom. You choose the furniture design approach that best suits your needs. Each Design Lane leads to the same standard of high quality, made-to-order furniture, and lives changed. Learn more about our 3 Design Lanes in our Product and Design Overview.

We use solid hardwood sourced locally from here in Indiana. Our standard species of hardwoods are: Ash, Maple, Quarter-Sawn Red Oak, Cherry, Walnut, and Flat-Sawn White Oak. For specific projects, we can source hardwood species outside of these and will work with you to make sure you get the look you are after. We generally recommend anywhere between 24”-30” of space per person, depending on the use of the table.

Two reasons:

Once we have finalized the details of your furniture order, our current lead time is around 8-10 weeks.

As far as the eye can see! Our 30,000 square foot production facility is designed to handle orders large and small. Whether it’s 300 tables for a school, 270 kitchen island units for an apartment, or one big custom conference table, we can do it. Dream big and we will help you get there!

We currently accept check or electronic bank payment through our online payment portal.

After finalizing the placement of your order, we will send an invoice with 50% of the project price due up-front and the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

Delivery

Absolutely! We ship nationwide; coast to coast.

All of our products are pre-assembled and blanket wrapped to ensure it shows up intact and undamaged.

Shipping rates vary based on the size of the order and the type of delivery. Your salesperson will work with you to get a quote on shipping alongside your quote for furniture.

You will never have to assemble your Purposeful Design product. If we ship it, we will make sure to take it all the way to the finish line.

If preferred, your order can be picked up from our location on the near east side of Indianapolis.
